The Community Outreach and Resource Connection Program, known as CORC, employs navigators and assisters to help community members identify and enroll for healthcare benefits and social services for which they are eligible.

●   CORC navigators provide mobile services from our two resource centers, the CENTER in Apache Junction and our GVAHEC satellite at Lifebridge in northwest Phoenix.

●    Our trained and licensed navigators are qualified to help individuals and families apply for an array of services including: AHCCCS, Kidscare, Marketplace Insurance, TANF, SNAP, unemployment, low cost housing assistance and much more.

●   the CENTER in Apache Junction also serves as an Arizona @ Work One Stop Access Point for the Pinal County Workforce Development Board, providing a dedicated onsite computer for employment assistance such as job searches, resume writing, unemployment applications and other forms of workforce development.
