Programs

The Empowerment Learning Collaborative is a network of educational institutions and health care providers designed to improve the the quality and access to health and wellness programs to communities in Arizona. Our workforce development efforts include promoting and attracting people to careers in health and wellness, providing community based internships for students and continuing education for a variety of healthcare professions.

Community Outreach and Resource Connection (CORC) connects community members to resources and social benefits they may qualify for.

Arizona Living Well Institute (AZLWI) supports the Self Management Resource Center's Chronic Disease Self-Management Education programs by providing technical assistance, training and education.
